Deposit:

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to make an appointment for lash extensions, lifts, brows, and facial servicesand be put towards your service on the day of. Please be sure to send that over as soon as you book. If a deposit hasn't been received in 48 hours of your appointment request, your appointment will be denied and the spot will open back up.

Last minute rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule please do so more than 48 hours prior to your appointment/course. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new one will be required.

If your appointment is rescheduled 3 times, a full deposit is required.

If the third appointment is missed, deposit is non-refundable and 

you will not be able to book again.

Lateness:

If you are 15 minutes late or more; your appointment will be cancelled and your deposited will be forfeited.

I have appointments back to back all day and you would be risking running over into someone else's time, this is unfair to my next client and myself.

Although I am an understanding person; the only option I am able to give is to reschedule to a later date and/or time.

No Shows/Last Minute Cancellations:

Missed appointments without any or minimal notice impact my ability to serve other clients effectively.

To ensure fairness and maintain availability for all clients, I have implemented the following no-show policy:

 

1. Missed Appointments: If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing at least 48 hours notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed appointment.

 

2. Future Bookings: Payment for the missed appointment must be made before booking any future services.

 

3. How to Pay: Payment for missed appointments can be made via square link that will be forwarded to you via text or email.

 

As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders via email, text, etc., but it is ultimately your responsibility to manage your schedule. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and services. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please feel free to reach out.

Product Return Policy:

Exchange or refund only on unopened product.

In the case of an allergic reaction; a refund or exchange can be issued for the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 48 hours of use.

Lunar Energy Esthetics reserves the right to request a doctors letter or a photo of the reaction in order to confirm that it was caused by one of our retail products.

All other return or exchange requests must be submitted within one week of the purchase date.

All refunded items must be in the original condition with original packaging and with an authentic receipt.

Exchanges will be offered for the same product or a product of equal value at our discretion. 

A new receipt for the exchanged product will not be issued.

Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. 

Kitty Disclaimer:

As many already know, I am a home-based business with two very friendly feline roommates present.

Although they are physically blocked out of the spa space with an entrance gate and the spa is thoroughly disinfected between every client, there is no guarantee that if you have an allergy that you will not be affected.

 If you are someone with known allergies please, for your health; take this into account when booking your next service at Lunar Energy Esthetics.

Education Terms and Conditions

Deposits & Payments

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. if the student/trainer is unable to attend scheduled training class for circumstances out of the students or the trainers control such as medical emergency, sickness, flight cancellations/delays, etc. training class will be rescheduled within 6 months and payment for class will be applied to rescheduled class date.

Model Requirements

It is required that the student provides their own models for their practical training applications.

Requirements

Credential requirements vary from region to region, and student is responsible for these, including any additional business registrations or health code compliance required by the region they practice in. You are aware of your province or country licensing laws in which you will be preforming the application of lash extensions that this certification in not a license. To preform these services to the public you will need to be. (Esthetician, cosmetologist, medical person such as an RN) Practising without the appropriate credentials is solely the student's risk. No special provisions or refunds will be made for students who don't wish to comply with their regions specific requirements.

Non Disclosure

As the student, you agree to NOT duplicate ANY of the information provided by Lunar Energy Esthetics Lash Course including the training manual, all course work: written or verbal, instructor demonstration, student or live model practice, photography, video and/or audio recording.

Your lash extension trainer is providing a training certification and this is not a guarantee of the outcome of your performance which is based upon your own personal artist talents, skill level and ability to preform the service.

Certification is only given to those students who can properly apply eyelash extensions.

We recommend students practice at a minimum on at least 3 different clients, 2-3x a week for 1 month BEFORE accepting paying clients. This allows the student to practice and get comfortable with the lash technique and work on isolation, placement and proficiency.
